Resource Exchange International (REI) is a founding partner of ISD. REI has worked in educational development in the horn of Africa for over 20 years. This partner supplies funding, volunteer staff, and material donations to the school. You’ll likely meet an REI volunteer around ISD as an administrator (Dr. Jones or Ms. Linzie), a classroom teacher (Ms. Rylee), or in a support role (facilities management, curriculum development, etc.).
Local Initiatives for Education is a founding partner of ISD. LIFE has worked in livelihood development, relief, and girls’ athletics and training for over 25 years in Djibouti and the region. They provide logistical support, funding, and leadership at ISD.
Calvert Education is a global leader in American curriculum education. Through our partnership together, high school courses and other work comes with the weight of accreditation and tested curricular success.
